Viini vya mayai 2

Baking powder kijiko 1 cha chai

Custard powder kijiko 1 cha chakula

Maziwa ya maji vijiko 4 vya chakula 

Unga wa ngano kikombe 1  

Yai 1 la kupakia juu 

Arki unayopenda(nimetumia vanilla na ya chungwa) kijiko ki1 ki1 cha chai 

Ufuta (si lazima)   

Sukari kijiko 1 cha chakula (si lazima)

MATAYARISHO 

  1. Kwenye bakuli weka siagi,maziwa,viini ya mayai , baking powder, custard powder, chumvi,arki na sukari

2.Saga kwa kutumia mwiko,mchapo au machine ya kusagia kwa muda wa dakika 3 hadi 5

  1. Anza kuweka unga wa ngano huku unachanganya 

  1. Unga ukichanganyika ukawa donge , likande kwa dakika 2 hadi 3

  1. Lifunike,liweke  sehem lijivute kwa dakika 7 hadi 10 

 6.pakaza mafuta trey yako 

  1. Baada ya dakika 7 hadi 10 , lisukume kwa kutumia kifimbo cha chapati  mpaka uwe size , isiwe nyembamba sana 

 8. Kata kwa kutumia kifaa chochote cha kukatia vileja 

  1. Vipange kwenye trey , vipakaze yai juu na ufuta 

10 . Vichome kwa oven moto 180°c kwa dakika 10 hadi 15 au mpaka uone vimewiva na kubadilika rangi,  vitoe (manjano ilokoza)

*Unaweza kutumia mkaa pia kuokea.

INGREDIENTS 

6 tablespoons butter, 1/3 cup

Salt to taste

2 egg yolks 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1 tablespoon custard power 

Whole milk 4 tablespoons 
  
1 cup plain flour 

1 egg 

Essence ( i used vanilla and orange)  teaspoon each 

Sesame seeds for garnishing (option) 

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (option) 

METHOD 

  1. In a bowl, put butter,milk,eggyolks,baking powder, custard powder, salt,essence and sugar
  2. Mix by using a wooden spoon, wisk or mixer machine for 3 to 5 mins 

  3. After that, start adding flour while continuing mixing 

  4. When dough has formed,  knead for 2 to 3 mins

5.cover and let it rest for 7 to 10 mins

  1. Grease a baking tray 
  • After 7-10 mins, roll up your dough using a rolling pin until the dough is the right width and thickness (not too thick) 

  • Cut the cookies using any cutter 

  • Place them in a greased baking tray , brush some egg and sesame seeds on top 

  • Bake at 180°c oven temperature for 10-15 mins or until you get a perfect golden yellow 

  •  ENJOY with tea or coffee  .
